Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative content strategies on TikTok.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
• Hard Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of current TikTok trends is a must.
• Commercial experience with brands or companies is advantageous.
• Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content is a plus.
• Personality & Soft Skills:
• Punctual and reliable with a strong respect for deadlines and meetings.
• Highly responsible and proactive in identifying new content opportunities.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Energetic and optimistic, bringing positive vibes to the team.
• Ideally a representative of Generation Z.
• College/university student or recent graduate preferred.
• Native English speaker or foreigner with no accent.
