Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and handle a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in using computers, virtual tools, and technology to support customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
