Account Executive, SMB Team Sales
Location: Central Coast / San Luis Obispo / Paso Robles, CA

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new SMB customers through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Development: Present tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of SMB clients, including telecom, technology, and other services.
- Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective planning and execution.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to better position the company's solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to deliver seamless experiences for clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SMB-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of SMB challenges and the ability to present relevant solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Knowledge of the Central Coast business community is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
