Associate Account Executive, Government

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with government agencies to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Sales Development: Develop and implement strategies to secure contracts, meet client needs, and achieve revenue targets.
- Proposal Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to government requirements.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, policies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the public sector.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and procurement guidelines for government contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably with public sector or government clients.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
