Key Responsibilities:
• Attend regular board meetings and actively participate in discussions
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's mission and vision are achieved
• Assist in fundraising and resource development efforts
• Serve on committees and take on special projects as needed
• Act as an ambassador for Coco in the community
Qualifications:
• Commitment to Coco's mission, vision, and values
• Experience in leadership, governance, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• Passion for supporting mental health and well-being for Black women
