About the Role

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with their vacation rental bookings, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide friendly and efficient support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Booking Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries related to vacation rental bookings, cancellations, payments, and property details.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome and high levels of satisfaction.
- Account Management: Help property owners and hosts with account setup, listing management, and optimization to enhance their visibility on our platform.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on product features, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to the team, contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product and operations, to resolve complex customer issues.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using customer support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
