About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using customer support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
