Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers clearly and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple products and services or a willingness to learn through training.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including navigating systems, managing tasks, and troubleshooting software tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, home-based environment with reliable high-speed internet access.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to deliver empathetic solutions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per customer needs.
