If you’re a content creator with a lot of experience creating fun and engaging TikTok content, we’d love to talk to you! We’re a fast-growing beauty supplement brand looking for help building up our presence on TikTok.
We are looking for someone who knows how to create amazing TikTok content, is hyper-aware of new TikTok trends, and has a passion for health and wellness. In this role, you will have creative flexibility to create content that is fun, engaging, educational, and occasionally shoppable on behalf of our brand. And you’ll have the opportunity to get paid for the results you drive – the more you help build our brand’s presence on TikTok, the more $$ you’ll make! Plus, you’ll have the full support of our team including direct access to the founders and support from video editors.
What We Offer:
-Monthly Retainer + Performance Bonus. Retainer starting at $500/mo and increasing as performance increases. Performance Bonus: starting at $1 per CPM across all posts you create. As our TikTok presence grows, so too will the views for your content (i.e. the performance bonus can and should grow significantly over time!)

-Opportunity for role expansion as our TikTok presence grows – possibly even a full time role.
-Support from and direct access to our team for any questions (about the brand, product, content ideas, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
-Post one new TikTok video per day. Posts can be fun, creative, educational, or anything else you enjoy making so long as they are on topic with our brand (beauty / health and wellness oriented). One out of every three videos should be shoppable (to our TikTok Shop.) While one post per day is the minimum, it is not a restriction! You’re more than welcome to post more frequently than that. Additional content will also be eligible for the performance based CPM bonus – so more posts = more views = bigger bonus!
-Ensure all content is authentic and honest, fits on the TikTok platform, drives engagement, and builds brand awareness.
-Develop new ideas, iterate, and improve content based on past performance.
-Work both independently and collaboratively with our team – we are happy to share our ideas and we also want to hear yours!
Who We’re Looking For:
-A creative & curious self-starter: must be able to come up with creative ideas and not afraid to ask questions; you’re always looking to learn about new trends.
-Consistency: must be willing to and comfortable posting daily.
-Experienced TikTok content creator: Proven ability to create TikTok videos that consistently generate thousands of views – can’t be camera shy (or at least you’ve got to be great at faking it!)
-Strong interest in beauty and wellness: must be a consumer of various beauty and/or health products; preference given to those with experience in skin, hair, nails, and gut health products.
-Fun and Able to laugh: we love working with people who make every day a little bit brighter – if you never take yourself too seriously and make it a point to laugh each day, you’re our type of person!
